Guarantee and confirmation of the booking

In order to confirm and guarantee your booking you will be asked to provide the details of a credit card.

Payment must be made with a VISA, DINER’S CLUB, JCB or AMERICAN EXPRESS card, via our secure internet pages. The details of your credit card will be encrypted with 128-bit SSL (Secured Socket Layer) technology. Your credit card details will never be transmitted over the internet without being encrypted.

The various extras (bar, telephone, etc.) not included in the rate have to be paid on-site.

Payment

No payment is necessary when making the booking and the entire amount payable for your stay must be paid once you check out. Your account will be debited in Euros.

Cancellation conditions

Below you will find the amount that will be charged in the event of cancellation. You confirmation e-mail will include a link allowing you to cancel your booking.
You can also cancel a booking online by returning to the "Online booking" page and clicking "Cancel a booking". Then, simply follow the instructions on screen.

If your booking includes a booking fee from your agency, please be advised that this cannot be reimbursed.

As soon as you realize you have to cancel, we advise you to do so as quickly as possible.

Cancellation fee

Fees charged as per the cancellation date

• Arrival day, no show : the first night, without extras 
• 24h before arrival : the first night, without extras
• At the time the booking is made : 3% of the total booking amount

Breakfast

The breakfast rate is 14€ per person per day (the room rate does not include the breakfast)

Taxes

The rates shown include all taxes and VAT.

Arrival time / Departure time

For check-in, you may arrive at reception starting from the time marked below. On the day of your check-out, you must leave the room no later than the time marked below. Staying in the room any later than this may result in you being charged an extra night.
We advise you to use the "Comments or complementary information" box on the form to specify your estimated arrival time, especially if you think it may be late.
